Apartment Rental Application
All of our apartments have income limits. We verify the projected total annual income for everyone living in the apartments. We will ask you to produce documentation that meets the standards of our various funding contracts.
References: We request one reference from a landlord or an employer. If you are currently renting, please provide the address, name, and contact information for your landlord. If there are issues with the current landlord, please provide similar information from a previous landlord. If this is your first- time renting, please indicate that.
Credit Report: We require current credit reports from all tenants. By pressing “submit”, you authorize The Monroe Building LLC to conduct a screening report and agree to pay an application fee as reimbursement of such Background Check cost (not to exceed $20).
